📢 Scrolling banner on the home page
The message scrolls across the top of the home page between the start & end you set. It is stored on the server, so no Netlify re-upload is needed. Leave Start blank = show from now; leave End blank = never expires. Add as many as you like — all live ones scroll one after another.
