1. "HHT Device Not Allowed"
- On the HHT, type *#06# to show the IMEI number — take a photo of it.
- Note the Device ID at the top-left of the HHT login page.
- WhatsApp both to the HHT Helpline and call them to request activation.
- The device is allowed and the error is fixed.
2. "Already Logged In"
Ask the Lobby Admin to reset your HHT — after reset you can log in again.
